Our client is a well-known Family Law firm which has a number of offices around the Sunshine Coast.
The working environment is collaborative among the Lawyers and well-supported by Legal Assistants.

We are seeking a Family Lawyer who has experience in a wide range of matters including:
Complex divorce & property settlements;Binding financial agreements;Child support; andDefacto & same sex relationships.Responsibilities of the role are:Running your own family law files from end to end, and collaborating with a well-trained Head of Family Law and Accredited Specialist when needed;Negotiating matters to settlement;Drafting Court documents and Court appearances;Building a strong rapport with clients.The ideal candidate will have at least three solid years of Family Law experience and be passionate about helping their clients.
