About the role

We are seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join our dynamic team at Walker Pender Group. You will be working out of multiple offices - Kenmore and Springwood. This is a full-time role.
What you'll be doing Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, property settlements, and moreNegotiating settlements and agreements between parties to achieve the best possible outcomes for clientsAppearing in court to advocate for clients and present casesConducting legal research and preparing legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and affidavitsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsStaying up-to-date with changes in family law legislation and regulationsWhat we're looking for A Bachelor's degree in Law and admission to practice as a solicitor in QueenslandAt least 4 years of experience as a practicing Family Lawyer, with a proven track record of successful client outcomesExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for clientsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategicallyA commitment to providing exceptional client service and building long-term relationshipsProficiency in using legal research tools and case management softwareWhat we offer Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for career development and advancementSupportive and collaborative team environmentFlexible work arrangements, including remote work optionsOngoing professional development and trainingEmployee wellness and social activitiesAbout us
