Our client is seeking a proactive, intelligent and well-organised Family Lawyer to join our reputable Family Team.
You will be working as part of a team providing support to Senior Partners, including:
representing Government clients;attending a high volume of Court and Tribunal appearances.We are seeking someone with: 1-4 years PAEadvocacy experience preferably in the Federal Court, Federal Circuit and Family Court and/or administrative Appeals TribunalBe admitted as a lawyer with the Supreme Court of NSW;Have a minimum of 1 year of PQE;Have an interest in the fields of Family Law & Commercial Law;Be available to work full-time;Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills;Pay attention to detail;Be able to meet deadlines;Be able to work independently (or in a team) with limited supervision;Ability to work well within a team environment and manage a high-volume workload;Ability to exercise judgment & resolve problems expeditiously;Strong technical skills including in legal document drafting and research.Suiting candidates at both the Associate and Senior Associate levels, the successful applicant will be required to work on a range of development transactions for a number of private and listed clients, reporting directly to a lead Partner and working autonomously whenever appropriate.
