This firm is renowned for its client-centric approach and commitment to providing tailored legal solutions. The successful candidate will work on a wide range of family law matters, offering expert advice and representation to clients. Our client is open to receive applications from senior or junior lawyers.Tasks & Responsibilities:Handle a variety of family law matters, including property and children's issues, dispute resolution, divorce/separation, and financial settlements.Conduct regular face-to-face and telephone conferences with clients.Draft correspondence and negotiate outcomes for clients.Prepare legal documents such as Consent Orders, Divorce Applications, and Recovery Orders.Appear in court for mentions, hearings, conferences, and trials.Perform legal research and analysis.Manage client files and maintain strong client relationships.Liaise with Counsel and collaborate with other solicitors for support and guidance.Take autonomy over your files while working closely with colleagues.Establish long-term, trusting relationships with clients.Application Process:This position is open to candidates currently in Australia with unrestricted work rights, as this is a permanent, ongoing role.
