As specialists in family law, this opportunity will have you work alongside industry leaders, gaining exposure to complex, high-quality family law matters.The Role.Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):Provide advice and representation in divorce proceedings, parenting disputes, and property settlements.Handle spousal maintenance and child support matters, ensuring fair outcomes.Draft and negotiate financial agreements and parenting plans.Advocate for clients in family court hearings and dispute resolution processes.Facilitate conflict resolution through mediation or litigation when necessary.Assist clients with domestic violence orders and related protections.Manage adoption cases and other sensitive family-related legal issues.Protect clients' rights while navigating emotionally charged matters with professionalism.You'll benefit from structured career development programs, ongoing mentorship, and a culture of continuous learning that will accelerate your growth.
