Family Lawyer (2 Years Pae)

We have a unique opportunity for a Family Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years post-admission experience to join our client's team located in Lower North Shore that specializes in providing streamlined solutions in Family Law and Estate Planning.

Due to their ongoing success, they are looking to expand their team. Our client will provide you with a thriving and supportive environment and an opportunity to be mentored by a leading family law principal (who is a mediator and collaborative practitioner).

In this role you will have exposure to handling all aspects of family law matters including assisting clients and their families non-litigious and litigious matters.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

2 years post-admission experience in family law
Strong drafting experience, including but not limited to (preparation of court documents, settlements, consent orders, succession deeds, binding financial agreements)
Experience in court attendance or willingness to gain the experience to attend court
A willingness to work in a supportive boutique team environment
Excellent attention to detail
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage challenging situations in a professional manner
