Kalpaxis Legal is a family law firm located in the Hills District, Sydney.
We assist our clients with family law matters, wills and estates, criminal and fertility law.We are seeking two (2) motivated, enthusiastic, and switched-on individuals who will play a key role in our day-to-day operations.Key responsibilities include:Matter management using the firm's Practice Management Software (Smokeball);Identifying, collating, and indexing of large volumes of financial disclosure materials;Utilising software applications like 'Family Property' and 'Infotrack' when required;Drafting, formatting, proofreading, amending correspondence and documents;Preparing briefs to counsel;Electronic court document filing and serving documents to other parties;Calendar management including arranging of conferences with clients, Counsel, and other professionals as required;Providing day-to-day general and adhoc administrative duties;Timesheet entry for all billable tasks.To be considered for this position you will ideally have:A minimum of 2 years' experience in family law (essential);Full time availability (essential);Excellent customer service skills with ability to adapt your communication style to the situation;Attention to detail and accuracy with ownership over your work;Excellent time management and organisational skills – ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and meet conflicting deadlines;Strong Microsoft Office Skills particularly in Word, Outlook, and Excel;Professionalism when handling confidential information.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work close to home in a friendly office.
