Family Law Paralegal

Progressive boutique Family Law practice seeks a hands-on Family Law Legal Assistant or Paralegal to support their Team.

Well established Family Law Practice based at Coomera, supporting 2 Directors and the team (with 2-3 other Paralegals). Salary to 80K + super.

The Role As a Family Law Paralegal, your duties will include:
Drafting and preparation of court documentsDealing with clientsUploading documents to the PortalTrial preparationPreparation of Briefs to Counsel including list of documentsBillingsDiary managementOrganising meetingsGeneral admin duties Your Experience You will have a minimum of 2 years Family Law Paralegal or Family Law Legal Assistant experience.

The Law Firm / Salary / Benefits Well established law firm based at Coomera, with 20 staff. Specialise in Family Law, have a social club and do quarterly events. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $70,000 - $80,000 + Super).
