Our client, a well-established Family Law firm on the Gold Coast is expanding. With their current Paralegals now admitted solicitors, they are seeking additional enthusiastic career Paralegals or Law Students with a passion for Family Law. This opportunity will see you working and mentored by a leading family law accredited specialist, as part of a cohesive and collaborative team. About You:
Minimum of 1 year experience working within a Family Law practice where you have developed a strong understanding of both property and parenting family law matters; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work independently as well as being receptive to mentoring and supervision where you can further develop your family law knowledge; Strong computer literacy.
Responsibilities:
Taking initial client enquiries; Assisting family law solicitors as required, including drafting documents and general correspondence; Preparation of Court Documents and Briefs to Counsel; File management; Liaising with clients, courts, and other legal professionals; Providing administrative support to Solicitors as required.
