Oldham Family Law is a young and upcoming boutique law firm in West Gippsland, practicing exclusively in family law matters, focused on providing outstanding care, support and professionalism to all our clients with outstanding results.Qualifications & ExperienceYou would hold an active practicing certificate and be admitted to practice in both the Victorian and the High Court of Australia.Ideally, the candidate would be interested and suited for matters requiring pre-action and a more collaborative role rather than litigious areas of family law. However, court appearances may be necessary.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesAll aspects of family law including divorce and separation matters, parenting disputes and children's matters, financial agreements, mediation and property settlements.Possible flexible or part-time hours. Working from home/hybrid allowances for the right candidate.
