At RA Tas, we're committed to providing vital Family Dispute Resolution services. As an FDRP, you'll play a key role in assisting separating or separated families navigate parenting and property arrangements. Your focus will be on facilitating respectful communication and ensuring the best interests of children and young people are prioritized.

We offer two exciting opportunities: Qualified and Registered FDRP: Join our established team and leverage your expertise to empower families. Aspiring FDRP: We'll provide comprehensive training and support to help you achieve your FDRP qualification and registration. Do you fit the bill? A tertiary qualification and relevant experience in social sciences, psychology, law, or Family Dispute Resolution accreditation (training provided for the successful candidate) Experience working with families facing complex challenges A deep understanding of the impact of family separation on children Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills A professional demeanour and strong work ethic Experience in risk assessment and mitigation Salary range 83,872 - 91,438 + Super / *Pro rata Subject to your qualifications and years of relevant experience, a 5% loading may be applicable for this role Additional PAID leave days (up to 5 per year *pro-rata) Up to 4 weeks extra leave per year through our purchased leave scheme Additional Salary packaging options (up to $15,900 General Living Expenses and $2,650 Entertainment Benefits TAX FREE each FB year) Discounted Corporate health insurance Generous parental leave options (up to 14 weeks primary caregiver and 6 weeks secondary caregiver *12 months continuous service) Individual workplace flexibility options  Industry best practice Supervision to support you in your professional journey Employer supported study leave options Ongoing Professional Development  Employee Assistance Services Desired Skills and Experience If you would like to find out more about this opportunity, read the Position Description and contact Tina Hale, Manager Post Separation Services South , on 1300 364 277.
