Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner - FDRPProvide high quality dispute resolution services to families experiencing post-separation conflict to agree on parenting, finance & property matters.

What you'll doYou'll provide high quality services to families experiencing post-separation conflict who need assistance reaching agreement on parenting arrangements or resolving issues related to finances and property settlement.
Services include risk screening and assessment, preparation for family dispute resolution and mediating joint sessions using a range of specialised approaches including Child Inclusive Practice.
You'll provide information to clients about separation, counselling and legal processes and will make referrals as required.
Your work will be guided by the Family Law Act and Regulations as relates to your role.
