As an accredited and experienced service provider, we ensure you have ticked all the boxes to set up and run your Family Day Care business smoothly.
We keep you up to date on all relevant Family Day Care regulations and legislation.We manage all payments from your families, allowing you to focus on building relationships with families and nurturing children in your care.We ensure you are paid on time.We provide access to support and training as needed.Once you submit your application, we are with you every step of the way.Now, let's talk about this exciting opportunity!
As a Windermere Family Day Care Educator, you will provide high quality education and care in your own home.
With a maximum of up to seven children in your care at any time, with up to four being below school age, you will have the opportunity to create meaningful connections with a small group.
(This includes any of the Educator's own children aged under 12 years.
)
Desired Skills and ExperienceKey Selection Criteria: Minimum qualification of Certificate III in Children ServicesCurrent First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis prior to opening your servicePrevious experience working with children from birth to 12 yearsWillingness to promote and support practices that are inclusive, culturally responsive, safe and accessibleCurrent Victorian Driver LicenceOver 18 yearsWillingness to undertake relevant pre-employment screening and checksRight to Work in Australia e.g.
Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Visa holder with full working rightsWindermere Early Childhood Education and Care Services recruitment and selection procedures reflect our commitment to the safety and protection of children in our Family Day Care Educators' homes.
