Qualifications & Experience We're looking for a team member with an ACT practicing certificate and experience in either commercial or family law.

The ideal candidate will have:
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation Excellent analytical research and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team Experience with LEAP legal software Tasks & Responsibilities This is a full-time position based in our office in Fyshwick, ACT.
You will be part of a team and responsible for:
Addressing incoming client enquiries Running your own matters Communicating with clients Providing legal advice and representation Conducting legal research Drafting legal documents Negotiating settlements Representing clients in court proceedings Paid leave benefits to be discussed and agreed upon with partners in the firm.
