We pride ourselves on being a small firm that achieves the best results for our clients.Qualifications & ExperienceWe're looking for a team member with an ACT practicing certificate and experience in either commercial or family law.The ideal candidate will have:Strong knowledge of relevant legislationExcellent analytical research and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and meet deadlinesHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsAbility to work both independently as well as part of a teamExperience with LEAP legal softwareTasks & ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time position based in our office in Fyshwick, ACT. You will be part of a team and responsible for:Addressing incoming client enquiriesRunning your own mattersCommunicating with clientsProviding legal advice and representationConducting legal researchDrafting legal documentsNegotiating settlementsRepresenting clients in court proceedingsPaid leave benefits to be discussed and agreed upon with partners in the firm.
