Using evidence-based frameworks and the BRAMS Model of Care, the Social Worker will conduct risk and needs assessments, create individualised safety plans and develop case plans with Aboriginal women and families who are seeking BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU WILLHave demonstrated experience or understanding of health and wellbeing issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.Demonstrated understanding and application of Family and Domestic Violence models and theories.Have an appropriate tertiary qualification in Social Work.NEXT STEPSThis is a wonderful opportunity to make a difference in a rewarding job that benefits the local community.
