About the Position
The role of the Faith and Wellbeing Officer is to support and facilitate the pastoral and spiritual care of students and the wider community at Hillcrest Christian College in conjunction with the College Counselling Team.
The Faith and Wellbeing Officer is responsible for providing a proactive approach to drive increased wellbeing and understanding of self and faith with students across our Learning Communities.
They will also support proactive processes around behaviour with the opportunity to work closely with students who need extra support in community.
There are multiple positions available, full-time term time, commencing at the beginning of Term 1 2025, with induction on Friday 17 January 2025.
A 4 Year Bachelor of Education or equivalent youth work/chaplaincy experience or qualifications is highly desirable.
