About the role Reporting to the Drafting Manager, you will be responsible for the preparation of architectural designs and drawings using Autodesk Revit and ensuring that design drawings conform to specifications provided.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Creating architectural drawings in Autodesk Revit that align with customer contracts, quotations, design and construction specifications, as well as applicable building authority codes and standards. Preparing and finalizing working drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, internal elevations, landscaping, and details, based on the design brief and in accordance with company processes and accuracy standards. Collaborating with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure the production of plans meets their requirements and aligns with the target dates. About you We are looking for an experienced and proactive Architectural Draftsperson who is skilled in Revit and focused on delivering outcomes for the business and our customers.
You will have:
Tertiary qualifications in building design/architecture Demonstrated experience in an architectural drafting role in the housing and construction industry Experience in drafting and construction practices and theories Skilled in Autodesk Revit Skilled in building design concepts, practices, procedures, final documents, specifications, materials, and construction practices.
