Fairmont Gold Attendant (Luxury Lounge Server) Fairmont Gold is a special place!
The personalized service provided as you greet your Guests at check-in or serve them in the private lounge will show them that you truly care.
The luxury our Guests experience and the memories you make as a Fairmont Gold Server will create a sense of loyalty that will ensure their return.
We are looking for candidates to start immediately.
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour.
We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years.
At three years the pay rate for this role would be $24.55.
Job Duties Include: Provide service in the Gold Lounge and ensure menu and food presentation is in keeping with Fairmont Gold standardsDevelop and maintain strong Guest relationships to ensure Fairmont Gold loyaltyAssist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful wayProvide exceptional information to our Guests about local and area attractionsFollow department policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety policies Qualifications
