Project Management (Construction) Full time We are seeking a talented and driven Project Manager for the delivery of secured, iconic commercial construction projects in Central Victoria.
Fairbrother is an award-winning commercial builder with a successful track record of securing government, community, and other high-profile regional projects. This full-time, permanent role will be based out of our modern regional office in Bendigo.
About the position Reporting to the Divisional Manager, this is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to become part of our dynamic team of individuals who work hard, are welcoming, supportive and are the experts in what they do.
Responsibilities of this role Ensure all projects exceed safety, quality and environmental targets, as defined in our total integrated management system. Projects are delivered in line with the BCA and Australian Standards. Responsible for the project commercial outcomes, including contract management. Strongly upholds safety management at all levels. Respects and cares for the environment. Provide support, coaching and mentoring as appropriate to employees. Requirements for this role 5+ years of commercial construction experience. Formal occupational Health and Safety training. Excellent communication skills across all levels. Competence in the Microsoft Office suite of tools including Microsoft Project. Undertake tasks autonomously.
