Our core mission is to deliver exceptional customer experiences that enhance our brand and amplify our impact.The Faculty Engagement Team manages faculty selection, scheduling, and support to ensure the successful execution of educational courses.About the roleAs the Faculty Engagement Coordinator, your role will be pivotal in supporting the effective administration of our faculty. You will be instrumental in providing timely support for participant-facing processes, ensuring faculty resources are efficiently managed, and overseeing key operational tasks such as financial administration, travel coordination, reporting, and facilitating and managing communication.This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to enhancing the faculty experience through continuous process improvement and stakeholder engagement.Your remit will be broad and will include:Manage the reconciliation of invoices, raise purchase orders, and follow up on outstanding and incorrect invoices.Maintain and update faculty records across multiple systems, ensuring data accuracy.Manage the faculty inbox, assisting with workflow tickets and inquiries.Coordinate travel arrangements for faculty activities.Provide information and advice to faculty members on education policies, procedures, and regulations.Support the faculty contracting and onboarding processes.Coordinate faculty-related communications, including the faculty newsletter and maintenance of the team Intranet page.Provide administrative support to the Education Operations Manager, including reporting and maintaining systems such as Promapp.Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of education resources and services.Facilitate effective communication between faculty members, departments, and other stakeholders.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout youYou will have strong technical aptitude and previous relevant experience, and you will champion the AICD "OneTeam" approach and values of: Accountability, Respect, Excellence and Collaboration.
