Procare's Factual Investigation Division is seeking multiple Factual Investigators experienced in Workers Compensation investigations to join our expanding team in Adelaide!
We are keen to hear from contractors who are established as a contracting entity and those seeking casual or permanent employment.
The Role: Attend various locations, predominantly within Adelaide and a proportion of work across SA; Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner; Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; Prepare and draft factual reports. About You: Hold a Certificate III in Investigations (mandatory); Have a current and valid Investigators Licence (mandatory) ; Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle; Experience conducting Workers Compensation is highly desirable ; Have excellent written and verbal skills; Strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally; Are self-motivated and able to work within strict time frames; If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.
