Procare's Factual Investigation Division are seeking motivated Factual Investigators, Lawyers, Paralegals, Insurance Claims Officers and Investigation Enthusiasts to join our team!As a Factual Investigator conducting Workers Compensation or CTP Investigations, your day will be varied & flexible. Being regularly on the road for investigation interviews & scene assessments means you have the flexibility to work from home or from one of Procare's offices, including Parramatta, Penrith, Macquarie Park, Alexandria or Sydney CBD.We are seeking contractors with all levels of investigation experience, and those seeking casual or permanent employment.The Role:Attend upon employers, client sites or accident locations, predominantly within your region (or further across regional NSW if desired);Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence, perform scene inspections & gather documents;Produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner (or have your reports written);Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our amazing support team and clients as required;Enjoy a varied day speaking with people from all walks of life!About You:Have a desire to obtain (or already have) your Certificate III in Investigations;Have a desire to obtain (or already have) an Investigators Licence;Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle;May have come from a claims, insurance, legal, financial services, HR or government background;Possess a real interest in investigations & fraud;Have excellent written and verbal skills;Strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally;Are self-motivated and able to work within strict time frames;Have a desire to make a career out of Insurance Claims Investigations.What We Offer:Excellent remuneration & employee benefits;Flexible arrangements – work from home or one of our conveniently located offices!A comprehensive induction and thorough training in our case management systems;Consistent workflow, fortnightly payment and various incentive schemes/retention bonuses;Thorough training and ongoing support from our dedicated investigations support team.About Us:The Procare Group is an ever-growing national business of over 25+ years.
