They are currently seeking a reliable, responsible and hard-working Factory Operator to join their growing team. About The Role Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Learn about and understand all our products and their applications. Develop skills necessary for production tasks such as batching, decanting, and handling materials and machinery. Maintain and operate machinery, tools, and vehicles efficiently and safely. Assist with product deliveries and site visits when required. Ensure cleanliness and safety in our factory and office spaces. Support and train other team members as needed. Keep accurate records of activities and prepare reports as necessary. Represent the company positively in all interactions. About You To be successful in this position, you must: Ability to work autonomously Able to competently use normal factory tools and equipment - Forklift, Trucks, Pumps, Motors etc. Prior experience in Storeman's duties and work practices. Current Driver's License Current Forklift License with prior 2-5 years experience. Able to lift heavy equipment, up to 25kgs.
