ABOUT THE ROLE: Dimension Stone are currently looking for a Full-time Factory Manager to lead our talented team in delivering top-quality Stone fabrication services to our growing client base. Located in Arundel Queensland , this position is ideal for an experienced Factory Manager who wants to take their career to the next level.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in manufacturing/production management. They should possess excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate and inspire our team to achieve our goals and maintain our high standards of quality.
Responsibilities include managing all aspects of our operations, from Scheduling to Templating to Production and Installation . You will work closely with our Sales and Administration Teams to ensure that customer needs are met, and you will be responsible for our Fabrication Team to ensure that our products are of the highest quality.
Salary negotiable dependent on experience. We will ensure you are paid a rate you deserve and in line with your experience and ability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide direction and leadership to Factory Team, Measurers and Installers Assist, supervise and support staff in timely and accurate completion of work assignments Develop and implement systems and processes that drive consistency, efficiency, and quality Oversee maintenance of building and equipment Monitor inventory and ensure availability and efficiencies of stock control Ensure effective skills and training programs are met and implemented Manage and oversee Occupational Health & Safety compliance Maintain cleanliness and organisation of Factory ABOUT YOU: Proven experience as a Factory Manager Previous experience working within the Stone industry Strong leadership and training ability Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills Knowledge of OHS, manufacturing, quality, productivity, inventory and factory processes Highly organised and capable of coordinating Factory workflows Enquiries can be made online and by calling Arthur Karras on: 0402341306 The successful applicants will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical check.
