Programmed are currently looking for Production Workers/Factory Hands for our client located in KATHERINE NT (300km South of Darwin). Our client, a large packaging company, is in peak from now until December and requires multiple team members. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and not be afraid of long hours. It will be HIGHLY regarded if you hold a FORKLIFT licence and have a minimum of 1 year experience. Rosters are Monday to Friday initially, but as the season picks up, weekends and afternoon shifts may be introduced. Duties Operate production equipment, maintaining a continuous flow of product. Manage production lines, equipment calibration, and monitoring. Prepare and complete accurate records. Packing of product - stacking and wrapping. Perform quality checks. General cleaning and housekeeping. Commitment to quality assurance and completion of quality checks.
