Factory Hand - Production Environment

Details of the offer

Duties will vary based upon the business requirements, but may include

Staging, pick and packing of products for customer orders.
Ensure stock is received, stored, recorded, and issued in sound, saleable condition
Load and unload stock as required observing all the necessary safety requirements.
Isolate, record & report any unserviceable/damaged materials which may cause product damage or contamination
Ensure the Warehouse/Store workspace is kept in a clean and tidy condition.
Ensure stock is rotated.
Ensure all orders picked and receipted are accompanied by correct paperwork and that all paperwork is passed on appropriately.
Perform routine inventory checks and stock reconciliations as required.
Manual handling of crates and products
All other duties pertaining to scope and objective of role.
Working in a noisy or cold environment

About you :

You will have a background in process/factory or line work
Have excellent communication skills and are a friendly team player
Be physically fit and able to lift over 10kgs
Experienced in working in cold rooms (regarded)
Hold a valid Forklift licence and experience (HIGHLY regarded)
Flexible and able to work across a rotating roster
Hold a valid Drivers licence and own transport or have access to VERY relaible transport
