Victoria Police is seeking an experienced Facility Services Manager (Manager VPC) who will oversee the facility maintenance, services, and security of the headquarters of Victoria Police, the Victoria Police Centre, to provide a safe, productive, and welcoming environment.
A full-time, permanent position, VPS 6. Reporting to the Director and Facilities Division.

Your duties will include: Leadership of the VPC Facility Team to deliver great outcomes.Management of Victoria Police Centre FacilityWorks, contractors, and consultantsMaintenance: corrective and scheduledServices: concierge, reception, mail room, and deliveries.SecurityAt the VPCControl Centre, monitoring of the state's security cameras.Centralised control of access and cameras for the state.As the successful applicant, you will have skills and experience in: Managing and leading people.Managing stakeholders, especially executives.Facility Maintenance and Services.Facility Security.Conceptual, analytical, and communication skills.Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.Work autonomously, self-motivated, using initiative, and driven.Work under pressure, delivering within tight timeframes.Relevant tertiary qualification is preferred.A strong commitment to Operational Infrastructure Department's strategy goals - supporting our people and embracing customer centricity, innovation, and collaboration in our delivery of services.Requirements and relevant information: This position is located at Victoria Police Centre, 311 Spencer Street, Docklands.The successful applicant will be required to undergo National Security Vetting, achieve and maintain a security classification of Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1).
