This state of the art and sustainable building is designed to achieve an innovative and collaborative workspace.About youAs a Facility Officer you will have knowledge in asset management, condition assessments, statutory maintenance requirements, maintenance planning and scheduling, and/or building and facility maintenance.You will possess substantial relevant experience with interpreting and applying the Codes, regulations and standards across a diverse asset base, with demonstrated understanding and experience managing safety and performance of contracted works.You will have strong technical problem-solving capability with demonstrated ability to investigate and identify causes to technical problems and map resolutions.As a requirement of this role, you will possess Trade qualification (electrical, plumbing, building, BMS systems, security or other relevant qualification), Certificate IV in Project Management, and/or substantial demonstrated relevant experience.How to applyYour written application should include:A 1-2 page cover letter demonstrating your ability to fulfil the mandatory and desirable requirements on the Position Profile.
