This role is based at one of their large sized homes located in the Darling Downs area of Queensland.
The Opportunity Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of this large facility based in the Darling Downs Region of QLD.
You will have a clinical manager responsible for the clinical aspects of the home, along with a centralised team that supports different areas including funding and Quality and Compliance.
Ideally, you will be a well-seasoned Facility Manager with recent experience in a similar position and a strong leader across this residential site.
Your primary purpose will be to lead the staff and operations of the home and improve quality care outcomes while maintaining a positive, collaborative culture and environment across the site.
Duties Daily operational management of the facility Maintain occupancy and budget requirements Building key stakeholder partnerships in the community Provide leadership & direction to staff members Ensure resident lifestyle & care needs are met Ensure quality & accreditation guidelines are met Management & maximisation of AN-ACC process Actively promote a culture of excellence Skills and Experience Current AHPRA registration Working experience across Residential Aged Care in a leadership role Recent experience across all levels of aged care management including operational budgets, clinical requirements, and HR information systems.
