Support residents to live their best life and achieve their personal goals. You will lead care teams and provide expert clinical care and guidance. As an experiencedResidential Services Manager , you will be responsible for the complete oversight of our residence and deliver high quality leadership and care to our residents. Your management and communication expertise will provide direction, guidance and support to your team. Your day to day activities include: Managing and leading a diverse team of employees and to provide an exemplary level of care and service to our residents. Responding quickly and effectively to issues, residents complaints and serious incidents Facilitating the implementation and effective use of quality and risk management information systems Ensuring employees are aware of their responsibilities around incident management and reporting, including compulsory reporting obligations Maintaining financial performance targets including occupancy levels, AN-ACC management and budget outcomes. Implementing relevant legislative and policy changes and maintain appropriate aged care standards Fostering and developing effective relationships with residents, their families, staff in support of the client goals of care. To thrive in the role you will need: Significant management experience in an aged or health care setting Experience working within the Aged Care legislative framework. Experience working with the Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation Frameworks and requirements or similar Knowledge of the Aged Care Funding Instrument AN-ACC, including its impact on business outcomes. A passion for providing high quality service and continuous improvement to achieve results Current registration as a Registered (Division 1) Nurse with AHPRA. Excellent communication skills.
