Relevant Building Industry TradeModern Building Maintenance ManagementContract Management and Client relationshipsSubcontractor Engagement and managementInsurance Claim ManagementEssential Health and Safety Feature compliance in accordance with the Tasmanian Building RegulationsFinancial Acumen, including report analysis and contract budgetingProject Management of asset renewalsOutstanding customer service combined with strong communication skillsThe ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and client expectationsA range of software platforms including Microsoft Office, HammerTech and Endata.A positive and collaborative attitude.This is a role for an experienced middle manager, providing strong leadership, strategic direction and management with reporting responsibilities both internally and externally directly to multiple client representatives.
