Facility Manager - Maternity Leave Contract Nursing - Aged Care (Healthcare & Medical)

The Role: Monday - Friday 76 hours per fortnight. Maternity leave contract commencing 7th of December 2024 to 7th July 2025.
You will be responsible for the operational leadership of the care home, and the management of resources to effectively and efficiently deliver services which meet the needs of residents.
Your role will incorporate:
Planning, control and directing the provision of a range of high quality personal, clinical care and support services that encourage and enable residents to maintain their autonomy and independence. Managing the budgetary requirements of the facility. Managing the smooth running of the facility on a day-to-day basis. Leading the team and managing staff performance, recruitment and selection and building a positive culture within the team. Ensuring SCC policies and procedures are implemented, taking a continuous improvement approach to meeting all accreditation standards. Requirements: You will be a Registered Nurse with extensive Aged Care and ACFI experience.
In addition, you will have:
A motivational leadership style with the ability to build a collaborative team environment. Experience managing a 24/7 roster and workforce planning. Proficient numeracy skills - reconciliations, reporting and budgeting. Sensitivity to and understanding of the aspirations and needs of older people with the ability to connect with them, their families, and the local community. An ability to communicate effectively with internal teams within the wider company and build strong professional relationships. Available to complete the maternity contract timeframe.
