To support this, we are looking for a Facility Manager to lead and motivate our teams toward operational and commercial success at Logan WestAquatic Centre. As a Facility Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the facility's operations. You will oversee commercial performance, safety, service, standards, and day-to-day operations of the venue. Whilst ensuring a welcoming and productive environment for team members and customers alike. You'll help foster a positive workplace where team members enjoy contributing to the success of the venue and the wider business. Your responsibilities will include: Operational Leadership: Oversee safety, service standards, and daily operations to ensure a welcoming and productive environment for both team members and patrons.Commercial Leadership: Accountable for all product lines, including Learn to Swim, squads, café, retail, and additional revenue streams, contributing to the overall success of the venue.Team Oversight: Accountable for the facility team with the support of your HOD team, focusing on their performance and development while fostering a positive and engaging work environment.Collaboration: Report directly to the General Manager of City Aquatics and work closely with the wider Facility Manager team, CVMs Site Support team and your HOD team to drive overall venue successDuty Management: Actively participate in the Duty Manager roster, working a mix of shifts, including weekday opens, closes, and weekend shifts, where the business needsAll About YouWhat does it take to join City Aquatics as an Facility Manager?
