Job Title Facility Manager

The Facility Manager will oversee the day-to-day facilities management of the STARS hospital, ensuring effective maintenance, compliance, and service delivery in accordance with contractual KPI's.
You will lead a team of trades staff, work closely with both subcontracted service providers and clients to enhance service performance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Manage maintenance services, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and SLAs.Lead and develop technical/trades teams to deliver efficient, high-quality services.Assist the Operations Manager in budgetary preparation and control and procurement activities for the maintenance function.Ensure timely and accurate data capture in CMMS and BMS systems.Proactively resolve issues to minimize disruption and enhance client satisfaction.Experience & Qualifications 5+ years' experience in facilities management, ideally in complex or healthcare settings.Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management or related field is desirable.Technical qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering.Experience managing CMMS, BMS, and service providers.Police Check and up to date vaccinations, as required by Queensland Health.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
