Position: Facility Manager
Location: Regional QLD, 4 hours from Brisbane (inland)
Employment Type: Full-time, with relocation support
Remuneration: 140,000 -180,000+ Super + Salary Packaging options + other benefits
About the Role The Facility Manager will oversee the daily operations of an aged care facility, ensuring high-quality care and services for all residents. This role involves leading a team of dedicated professionals, implementing service improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence and respect within the facility.
Key Responsibilities Managing all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and complianceMaintaining high standards of resident care and satisfactionLeading and supporting staff development and training initiativesEnsuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulationsBuilding positive relationships with residents, families, and the community Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a strong commitment to aged care excellence.
