150,000 - 200,000 +super and salary packaging
Role Overview:
You'll play a pivotal role in the overall day to day operations including delivery and monitoring of care and support in conjunction with a supportive local and corporate management team. In this role the manager is to ensure the facility fosters and maintains a culture of person-centered care, continuous improvement and meets the requirements of accreditation at all times in line with the Aged Care Code of Conduct.
Key Responsibilities: Provide strong and consistent leadership to the team Promote a culture of service delivery excellence that aims to improve the wellbeing and lifestyle of our clients Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve goals Deliver innovative care and service Implement policies and procedures to uphold regulatory standards  Build strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders  Forward business planning and input to strategic directions Your Attributes: Strong and clear communication skills A warm and caring nature The willingness to go the extra mile A positive attitude towards health and wellbeing The flexibility to work a varied roster when required The benefits: 5 weeks annual leave as standard Annual leave loading Monthly day off for full time staff Optional salary packaging, meal entertainment cards, and novated leases Private health insurance discounts Uniform and laundry allowance Role Requirements
