Join Us and Make an Impact. As a Facility Leader, your focus will be Honeywell's primary site representative with responsibility for the successful carrying out of the company's contractual obligations under the Total Asset Management (TAM) contract.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure all planned and essential services maintenance is scheduled, performed, audited and documented Manage and be responsible for financial budget, forecast and outcomes Engage in the operation of facilities management Lead and manage staff and onsite contractors Foster a culture of sustainability and environmental compliance within the team Key Experience & Capabilities: Facility Management experience in commercial sector (essential) PPP experience highly regarded Ability to successfully obtain clearance to work in a prison environment Team leadership experience Commercial acumen and proven financial accountability Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
