What this opportunity involves: We are currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team.
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing key client facilities management queries, ensuring superior customer service and maintaining compliance with health and safety management systems.
Overview of the role: Procuring and managing contractors to meet client expectations and contract obligations Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance and proper risk management procedures are in place Escalating incidents and critical operational issues in accordance with established procedures Completing site audits and creating operational reports for monitoring compliance and service performance Assisting with the implementation of property risk management program and business continuity plans Oversee work order management across a large, diverse portfolio using JLL software Sounds like you?
