As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a skilled Facility and Grounds Officer to join our team.The Facility and Grounds Officer will be responsible for the general maintenance of facilities associated with the interior and/or exterior of our health unit.
Duties may include rubbish collection, minor carpentry, painting, plumbing, mechanical repairs and ground maintenance.Essential CriteriaWe are looking for someone with: Proven ability to work effectively within a team environmentDemonstrated ability to exercise judgment and initiative in daily responsibilities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds.Ability to meet deadlines and work within specified timeframes.Proficiency in using hand and power tools, with experience in building and grounds maintenance.
