Your duties will span from rubbish collection to minor carpentry, painting, plumbing, mechanical upkeep, and grounds maintenance.
While your experience in building and grounds maintenance may be limited, you'll possess the necessary skills to perform tasks under general direction, utilizing a diverse array of hand and power tools.
Your commitment to task completion within designated timelines, coupled with your ability to follow instructions and established practices, will be integral to your success.
Moreover, you'll demonstrate a solid grasp of Occupational Health Safety & Welfare regulations pertinent to maintenance activities.
Your collaborative spirit and willingness to contribute as an effective team member will be highly valued in this role, ensuring seamless operations and upkeep within the health unit.
