Utilise your Asset Management and Planning expertise to provide support and advice to Corrections Victoria An Ongoing, Full-Time opportunity to work with a high-performing and passionate team in the Victorian Public Service VPS Grade 2: $58,539 - $75,175 plus superannuation. About the Business Unit: Corrections Victoria has committed to establishing the Barwon Precinct, aimed at developing shared operating models among four prisons to improve prisoner outcomes and create efficiencies. As a key component of this initiative, the Facility and Assets group was established to provide local and contracted facility and asset management services with consistent and transparent service levels.
About the Role: Working as part of the Facility and Assets group, the Facility and Assets Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a high level of hygiene and cleanliness of all designated areas.
Some of your duties will include:
Performing general cleaning to designated areas within the Barwon Precinct Ability to working autonomously or in a team environment in a large facility Ability to maintaining a cleaning schedule and basic knowledge of risk assessments in relation to maintenance and OH&S regulations. About You: As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
Experience in commercial cleaning and/or maintenance The ability to follow job and safety instructions Maths skills for measuring out cleaning fluids The ability to work alone without supervision or as part of a team Compliance with Health and safety legislative requirements.
