ABOUT THE ROLE Are you a trade-qualified professional with a hands-on approach to facilities management? Join our expanding Facilities Team in an exciting new role as a Facilities Supervisor and make a difference in our Brisbane community!
Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Provide on-the-ground leadership to the on-site team, coordinating activities such as deliveries and stock management, task completion, and maintenance.Hands-On Repairs: Conduct hands-on repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities are always in top condition.Team Coordination: Supervise and support Facilities Technicians, ensuring efficient and effective operations.Resident Experience: Identify and implement ways to enhance the experience of our residents, both now and in the future.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE As a Facilities Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day and long-term facilities management of our Queensland assets. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with Facilities Managers and Technicians, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality services.
Qualifications: Trade qualification in a relevant field desired but not essential.Hands-on experience in facilities management.Strong leadership and coordination skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Commitment to providing exceptional service to residents.Please note: Shifts are from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm WHO WE ARE?
