In addition, you will support Facilities and Physical Security functions to ensure the seamless operation, safety, and functionality of our office spaces.Additionally, you will:Support office expansions and relocations by coordinating layouts, design, approvals, and renovations;Liaise with senior management, stakeholders, and vendors to maintain seamless facilities operations and vendor performance;Serve as the primary contact for facility operations and emergency response, building strong internal and external relationships;Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards, proactively managing risk and safety protocols;Work closely with the head of facilities and team leads across EMEA and APAC to align facilities strategies;Oversee budget control, vendor invoices, and regular updates of office policies for efficient and effective operations.About youGlobal Payments is committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), with our vision to be Champions of Inclusion.
