Facilities Project Officer

Halcyon Knights is hiring a Facilities Project Officer for a state government department in Adelaide CBD for an immediate start for a long-term contract (21 months).
About The Role Manage project planning and administration for department facilities.
Provide building and maintenance consulting, including costing analysis and Work Health and Safety advice.
Advise on and oversee planned and remedial maintenance programs.
Supervise tradespersons and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
About You Experience in project management and facilities maintenance.
Strong expertise in building consulting and safety regulations.
Proven ability to manage maintenance programs and oversee trades.
Previous government experience (desirable).
Must have a Working with Children Check and National Police Check and Category B Immunisations to commence the role.
