About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, pro-active, passionate, and experienced Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team. The Facilities Department ensures high levels of customer satisfaction, the maintenance of a quality property portfolio, and the retention of CPA's reputation as a quality disability service provider. The role includes working onsite at Allambie Heights and travel between our sites across NSW metro and regional.
Responsibilities of the role (not limited to): Traveling to our sites across NSW to assess the property portfolio and prepare planned work schedules and budget estimates.Managing planned works, small facilities projects, and contractors.Stakeholder management with contractors, site managers, and internal Facilities department.Managing Housing Provider partnerships.Educating site managers on best practice, policies, and procedures related to managing their facilities.Updating our CRM.About you: Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written.Demonstrated stakeholder management experience with conflict resolution and enhanced negotiation skills.A warm, pro-active, and approachable nature, with the ability to build rapport and bring teams together to meet strict deadlines.Be creative by nature, where problem solving and thinking outside the square comes easily to you.Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role ideally as a Technical Officer or Property Management in real estate.Sound MS Office and Outlook experience.Current NSW Driver's License - minimum of Green P.Working for CPA offers you exceptional remuneration & benefits: Access to a tax-free meal, entertainment & venue benefit card valued at $2,650 per year.12 weeks paid parental leave and 2 weeks paid partner leave.3 additional leave days each year (conditions apply).100 per year well-being allowance that you can use to enhance your wellbeing (e.g.: purchase sports equipment, have a massage, take a meditation class, the choice is yours).Discounted gym membership for you and your family, using Fitness Passport.Employee Assistance Program.Paid Employee Referral Bonus Program, where you can be generously rewarded for referring a friend that joins CPA.Important information: At CPA, the safety of our staff and clients is of paramount importance.
