Job Description
*** Position is Contingent Upon Award ***
This position is responsible for managing complex maintenance projects or managing multiple site managers overseeing multiple complex sites/projects within the Operations & Maintenance function. Responsibilities include implementation of an efficient maintenance program.
Maintain client relationships by regular communication to better understand project operations, this communication should; appraise of Fluor activities, advise of potential improvements, assess changing needs, develop teamwork and ask for client feedback on performance.
Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to indicate the performance of Maintenance Program.
Ensure all personnel are properly trained in the performance of assigned tasks.
Manage the work to the terms of the contract by eliminating leakage and optimizing returns.
Manage risk as assigned by Program Manager/Deputy Program Manager by reviewing risk on a regular basis and identifying significant business risk for Fluor.
Identify future client requirements and up selling opportunities by developing on-site assessments of client operations and proposing project plans.
Apply appropriate analytical tools and techniques by assessing client organizations, acquiring client engagements with significant profitability potential and transforming the client organization from the current state to the proposed future state.
Foster an environment that embraces Quality and Safety across all elements of the program.
Other duties as assigned.

Basic Job Requirements
Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and seven (7) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to eleven (11) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements.
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
Other Job Requirements
(U) Minimum of five (5) years of facilities management experience for programs of similar size, scope, and complexity.
(U) Minimum of two (2) consecutive years of supervisory experience in the field of facilities maintenance.
(U) Demonstrated experience prioritizing daily/weekly/monthly work plans.
(U) Demonstrated experience incorporating applicable EHS practices across responsible work areas.
(U) Demonstrated experience working in a 24x7 operational environment requiring close coordination with mission operations.
(U) Demonstrated experience operating and maintaining power generation equipment.
(U) Demonstrated experience building recapitalization plans.
(U//FOUO) TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph is required.
