03rd December, 2024About the roleIn this Permanent full time role as the Facilities Officer you will be responsible for the provision of quality and timely support of maintenance and building services and general facilities support for all TUH properties.Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Maintain fully functional and well-presented TUH properties.Manage and respond to internal facility support requests via a support request system.Coordinate and schedule facilities activities.Liaise with vendors for cost-effective service delivery.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.Manage security systems and oversee maintenance checks.Provide back up to the IT desktop support officer for escalations.Work EnvironmentThis position may involve limited:Flexibility in hours and work conditions.On-call availability (a work phone will be provided for work use) & occasional weekend work.About youTo thrive in this role, you will have:2+ years' facilities coordination experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.Experience in facilities maintenance/coordination.An interest in IT with the ability to learn and understand basic IT support concepts, including hardware and software troubleshooting.About TUHJoin TUH, a trusted health fund boasting a 91% member satisfaction rate and recently crowned in 2023 "Best Private Health Insurer" in the prestigious Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards 2022.
