About the Role:
With 16 centres across WA, our organisation is growing and we need an experienced Facilities Officer to join our team. This role is based at our Head Office in Subiaco but will involve travel to various centres across WA as required.
Key responsibilities include: Ensuring the safety and efficiency of PCYC centres, meeting all requirements for program delivery, recreational activities, and community events. Coordinating infrastructure and asset management to ensure smooth operations and effective service delivery between PCYC staff, partners, and stakeholders. Managing the daily operations of PCYC's fleet, assets, properties, facilities, and infrastructure. Overseeing procurement processes for asset and facility maintenance, including liaising with trades, service providers, and maintenance teams. Proficient with computers and various systems. Excellent interpersonal, communication, consultation and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
