This Facilities Manager role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Manager to be actively involved in and oversee the operations of the Facilities department of the ever-expanding Latrobe Regional Health (LRH). Being an ongoing, full-time role, the successful applicant will report to the General Manager Planning & Redevelopment, supporting the management of the Facilities department with a proactive approach. The role is an opportunity to provide strategic and operational project management and facilities leadership at LRH, whilst effectively managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality, integrated facilities maintenance and management for the organisation. This includes integrating the maintenance of the impressive $217 million Stage 3A expansion that has recently been completed, providing state-of-the art operating theatre suites and CSSD, improved maternity, neonatal and paediatric units, a considerable Intensive Care Unit, and new Surgical Inpatient Units.
